There are a lot of resources for onboarding a VA. I’m just getting started but here are some tools that have helped me so far.

Here’s a talk on delegation for Hampton members only. If you’re in Hampton, I recommend starting with that. It blew my mind and kicked me into gear.

My friend Pete Sena got me started with this great write up that includes lots of resources for onboarding and delegating.
One of the most helpful articles in Pete’s list was from Sam Corcos. He has a lot of good content but don’t miss his breakdown of My Delegated Tasks. I’m using Notion to delegate tasks very similar to how he explains it here.
Tactical Guide to Working with VAs
There are a lot of options out there for hiring a VA. Some might be easier than others but I opted to hire direct.
To hire direct, post your job on Online Jobs. It’s more work than Somewhere or Athena but it’s worked for me so far.
